Pasta with Fresh Pesto

A big batch of basil leaves, stems removed
1/2 c pine nits
a pinch of salt
3 garlic cloves
olive oil


Put all the basil in a food processor along with the pine nuts, garlic and salt. Turn on the food processor and drizzle olive oil. It will be thick. You can add a bit of water as well to thin the pesto. Serve with pasta of your choice and Parmesan cheese.
