Pistachio Cranberry Cream Cheese Log.

1 pkg cream cheese
Dried cranberries
Pistachio nuts

Chop the nuts and cranberries.


Soften the cream cheese.
In a bowl mix the cheese with a handful of the berries and nuts plus a pinch of salt.
Next, drop this mixture by spoonful into some plastic wrap.


Firm your log and refrigerate for about half hour – or longer.

Put all the remaining nuts and berries on a dinner plate and unwrap the cream cheese.


Roll the log in the nut mixture to completely coat the outside. Place log on serving dish and arrange crackers around.
